DENT.PRO Dental Simulator

The BEMEDSKILLED DENT.PRO Hybrid Dental Simulator is an advanced dental training system that combines hands-on procedures performed on a physical phantom with simultaneous three-dimensional visualization on a connected display. The system tracks each movement in real time and provides automatic, objective assessment of the procedure performed.

Designed for realistic preclinical dental education, the simulator features a typodont with interchangeable teeth and a genuine dental handpiece without large external tracking devices. A high-accuracy, six-degrees-of-freedom tracking system records the position and movement of the handpiece while the software reproduces tooth preparation and material removal in a detailed 3D model.

The phantom head rotates up to 180 degrees and provides three mouth-opening positions to replicate different patient and procedural configurations. Its ergonomic workstation supports both right- and left-handed users, allowing students to practice in a familiar clinical working position.

The simulator’s augmented-reality software provides real-time feedback, records the training process, and evaluates student performance. This allows instructors to review preparation accuracy, identify errors, and provide structured feedback while learners repeat procedures until competency is achieved.
