NEW PRESTAN Professional Adult Series 2000 Manikins
The newest release of PRESTAN Manikins proves to be another high quality and realistic professional manikin. PRESTAN’s Professional Adult Series 2000 Mankins are now updated with an advanced feedback integration system that can read and report different rates, depths, recoils, ventilation and hands-off time using the Bluetooth enabled PRESTAN CPR feedback app that is available on Apple and Android devices.
Each manikin is fully compliant with current industry guidelines that are found in the most recent AHA Integrated Feedback Directive and the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada’s February 2021 Use of Feedback Devices in Resuscitation Training Courses Policy.
In combination with PRESTAN’s traditional CPR feedback light system installed in the shoulder, the Series 2000 manikin offers a unique, dual-purpose training solution that provides instructors with the option to train with advanced or basic feedback.
This visual feedback gives students a real life feel of delivering 100-120 compressions per minute. The lights will continually signal rate progression, confirming compressions are within the 100-120 cpm range that is recommended by the Industry Guidelines. The yellow light will blink if the 120 cpm upper limit is exceeded and will warn the student to slow down. PRESTAN’s feedback system provides instructors with a way to monitor several students quickly and easily.
Students will also hear an audible beep as the chest is pushed to the appropriate depth which allows the students to experience the true force needed to deliver real chest compressions.
These Mankins are currently available in medium or dark skin tones and can be purchased in singles or in packs of four. The CPR feedback monitors can also be purchased separately in packs of four or individually.
In addition to the PRESTAN Adult Series 2000 Mankins, PRESTAN also released a Professional Adult Series 2000 Manikin Add-On Kit and New Series 2000 Lung Bags. The Series 2000 Add-On Kit provides instructors with an option to upgrade their current PRESTAN Professional Adult and Jaw Thrust Manikins with the new advanced feedback parameters. This Adult Series 2000 Add-On Kit is recommended for 2018 manikin models and newer. The Adult Series 2000 Lung Bags are specially designed for the ventilation feedback that is monitored on the PRESTAN feedback app. These new easy to install lung bags include a sensor that is easily attached to the Series 2000 feedback monitor.
PRESTAN also offers a ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY against any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use with respect to its PRESTAN PROFESSIONAL ADULT SERIES 2000 TRAINING MANIKIN and the ADULT SERIES 2000 ADD-ON KIT.
