    • Instructions

    To Throw:
  • Loosen the drawstring.
  • Grasp the rope hand loop at the drawstring end of the bag with your non-throwing hand, then pull out 2 feet of rope and hold securely.
  • Hold the bag with your throwing hand at the center of the webbing and buckle strap.
  • Swing the throw bag with a smooth underhand motion and release towards the target.
    • To Rethrow:
  • Fill the bag with water to add extra weight.
  • Rethrow the bag, since you don't have any time to reload.
    • To Reload:
  • Undo belt buckle and open the drawstring.
  • Hold the bag and rope tail in one hand.
  • Put your other hand into the bag and pull the rope into the bag using short jerks. Do not coil the rope.
  • Leave the rope hand loop on the outside of the bag. Tighten the drawstring over loop knot and close buckle.
