Safety Tips
For the general public, the CDC recommends wearing gloves when you are cleaning or caring for someone who is sick. While running errands, or while out in the general public, using gloves is not usually recommended. Social distancing and washing your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds (or using hand sanitizer for 20 seconds) are considered to be the preferred methods of keeping your hands clean from bacteria while out in public. However, in combination with hand-washing, social distancing, and when used in the correct circumstances, gloves can be a nice supplemental tool to keeping safe from germs.
