We hope you enjoy your purchase from CPR Savers, but we understand that sometimes things don't turn out as planned. That's why we want to make our 30-Day Happiness Guaranteed Return Policy as simple as possible for you.
To ensure that there is no confusion in the return process, all returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer support team. To receive an RMA number, you can open a ticket on our support portal, or call our support team at 1-800-480-1277 or email us at [email protected].
NOTE: We are not accepting returns on COVID-19 related items. All PPE supplies are final sale.
Due to the demands of the COVID-19, many products ordered in relation to the Coronavirus, including hand sanitizers, isopropyl alcohol, antiseptic wipes, face masks, and isolation gowns will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Returning a Defective Product or Wrong Shipment
If CPR Savers made a mistake with your order, or the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team at 1-800-480-1277 and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you.
Returning for Other Reasons
Most products from CPR Savers* can be returned for a full refund within 30 days (excluding shipping), from the date of delivery, as determined by the original tracking number. A valid RMA number must be present on the shipping label and/or box.
*Electrode pads or any kind of battery with open packaging, used manikins, used first aid supplies, respirators, medicine, books, software, CDs, and DVDs are not eligible for returns unless found to be defective.
Additional Return & Refund Policy Details
All refunded Paypal orders may incur a fee of up to 3%.
If you are returning an AED or training device, the retail price of opened electrode pads, opened batteries, or any other additional accessories will be deducted from the refund. If you are returning a kit or product, the retail price of any missing or used parts or accessories will be deducted from the refund unless an exception is arranged with a customer support team member.
Products must be returned with original unopened packaging or they may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%. Special order products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. These include medical simulators, such as Simulaids, Laerdal, or Gaumard brand; oxygen tanks; and Junkin stretchers. All refunds will be issued in the initial form of payment.
Shipping and any insurance costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective or CPR Savers made a mistake with your order. CPR Savers is not responsible for returns that may be lost or damaged during transit to our warehouse. Any shipping fees applied in the original order cannot be refunded unless the product is defective or CPR Savers made a mistake with your order.
Refusal of Orders
Refusal of orders without notice are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipment charges to and from delivery address.
Exchanges for Credit or Another Product
New products will not be shipped out until the returned product has been received and processed. Special exceptions may be arranged with a customer support team member.
Receiving your Return
We will process your return within 5 business days after the product arrives back to our warehouse, but the credit may take up to 14 business days to appear back in your bank account. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to confirm that we have issued the return, but understand that we cannot speed up the bank's processing time.
Circumstances in which Returns are not Offered
CPR Savers & First Aid Supply is not responsible for any products that are damaged during shipping transit, lost, or stolen after our original package is delivered to the shipping address provided on the order.
CPR Savers & First Aid Supply does not cover returns that are damaged from customer misuse, accidents, or normal wear.
CPR Savers & First Aid Supply reserves the right to reject any customer's request for RMA if we suspect that the customer is overusing our 30-day Happiness Guaranteed Return Policy.

CPR Savers & First Aid Supply guarantees its products against defects for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. CPR Savers & First Aid Supply expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, or any kind with respect to the products sold on this website. You agree that CPR Savers & First Aid Supply, its officers, employees, and representatives will not be held liable for damages arising from the use of these products. You agree the maximum liability to CPR Savers & First Aid Supply shall be the price of the products ordered.
For any product and/or order discrepancies, CPR Savers & First Aid Supply must be notified within 30 days of receipt.
