The Columbia Dentoform 1MPVR2760MQD is an articulated pediatric dental training model designed to represent mixed dentition. It features soft simulated gingiva and 24 removable teeth, combining deciduous and permanent tooth anatomy for pediatric dentistry instruction and hands-on clinical simulation.
The removable-tooth design allows individual teeth to be replaced for repeated restorative exercises, demonstrations, anatomy instruction, and student evaluations. Columbia Dentoform states that its 760 and 2760 Series models are designed for pediatric dentistry and accept corresponding Ivorine teeth.
This configuration is adapted for the Magnetic Quick Disconnect system. Columbia Dentoform’s MQD system uses magnets to permit rapid typodont interchange without repeatedly removing the cranium and articulator from the manikin mounting post.
