The Columbia Dentoform 1MGC862 860 Lower Clear Gingiva is a replacement transparent mandibular gingival component intended for a compatible Columbia Dentoform 860 Series adult typodont.

The clear gingiva fits around the removable lower training teeth and reproduces the contours of the mandibular gum tissue. Its transparent construction provides improved visibility of tooth placement and the underlying typodont structure during dental demonstrations, laboratory instruction and other preclinical training exercises.

This lower-only component allows worn, damaged or missing clear gingiva to be replaced without purchasing a complete articulated typodont. Columbia Dentoform 860 Series models use individually removable teeth and are available in configurations with soft gingival facings.
