The Thomas EMS TTR140 is a black Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ultra Roller Bag — a wheeled EMS response bag designed to transport advanced life support supplies efficiently. It builds on the Thomas ALS Ultra pack design with the addition of inset wheels and a telescoping handle, which makes it easier to move even when fully loaded.
