The Columbia Dentoform 1KBM1R7 BM-1R-7 is a replacement manikin base designed for a compatible Columbia Dentoform dental-simulation mounting system. It provides the base portion needed to support and position a dental training manikin when assembled with the appropriate upright rod, ball-joint hardware and related mounting components.

This item is supplied without the U-M5-BJ upright ball-joint rod, so it should not be presented as a complete mount. Columbia Dentoform uses adjustable chair and bench mounting systems to position compatible adult and pediatric manikin heads for dental radiography, assisting and procedural training.
