NENASim Newborn Patient Simulator
The NENASim Newborn is a realistic interactive simulator, to be used for various training scenarios. It simulates a baby from 0 to 4 weeks old. The NENASim Newborn allows for a variety of medical procedures, preparing medical staff and everyone involved in the enormous responsibility of caring for a newborn baby. The main assets of the Newborn are its realistic airway, lifelike feel and looks, and task-training functionalities.
NENASim offers an ideal training solution for a wide range of healthcare professionals, including but not limited to patient care, emergency medical intervention, and resuscitation training for dynamic team or individual training. NENASim newborn represents a male baby with 17.72 inches and 4.40 lbs. NENASim Newborn is available in two degrees of fidelity and three different skin tones.

The NENA-Newborn can be used to practice CPR.
Easy to transport
The lightweight, portable and robust carrying case makes it incredibly easy to transport NENASim, chargers, cables and any accompanying accessories.
Realistic airway system (Xcel only)
The airway has a tongue, vocal cords, trachea and esophagus. The newborn can be orally and nasally intubated. Ventilation generates a rise in the chest. Improper intubation and ventilation leads to a rise of the belly.
Realistic look and feel
The fragile stature of newborn babies is accurately represented by the realistic looks and feel of the simulator. Being fully enveloped in the skin, having eyes with eyelids, proportioned like a newborn, the NENA-Newborn looks and feels alive.
