The OSL Litter Stands from North American Rescue are an important accessory providing strong support for the OSL Oversized Litter. Constructed of durable aluminum, this set of stanchions is designed to transform a medical stretcher into a stable platform for larger patients. When opened, the cross members quickly, easily and securely lock into place to form a stand 32 in. high. The stands come equipped with stirrups to restrict the OSL from sliding front to back. To accommodate the added size of the OSL, they are sold in a set of 3.
