Training Replica: WALTHER CCP M2 3.54"

The Walther CCP M2 (Concealed Carry Pistol) with a 3.54-inch barrel is a striker-fired, polymer-framed handgun designed for maximum comfort and accessibility. The "M2" designation signifies a major ergonomic and mechanical update over the original model, primarily the addition of a tool-less takedown system and an American-style thumb magazine release.

Key Design Elements

• SoftCoil Technology: The CCP M2 utilizes a unique gas-delayed blowback system. A small port in the barrel vents gas into a cylinder to push against a piston, slowing the slide's rearward motion. This allows for a significantly lighter recoil spring, making the slide exceptionally easy to rackan ideal feature for those with limited hand strength.

• Tool-Less Takedown: Addressing the biggest critique of the original CCP, the M2 features a locking block and a simple takedown lever at the rear of the slide. This allows for field stripping and cleaning without the need for a specialized disassembly tool.

• Fixed Barrel: The 3.54-inch stainless steel barrel is fixed to the frame. Because the barrel does not tilt or move during the firing cycle, it inherently offers greater mechanical accuracy than most compact pistols.

• Visual Cocking Indicator: A small red indicator protrudes from the rear of the slide when the striker is cocked, providing a clear visual and tactile confirmation of the pistol's status.

• High Ergonomics: The grip features Walther's signature cross-directional texturing and a deeply undercut trigger guard, designed to provide a high, secure hold and natural point of aim.

• Sighting System: Standard models feature 3-dot sights, with an adjustable rear sight for windage. Newer "M2+" versions are often updated with a sight cut compatible with Glock-style aftermarket sights.
