Thomas EMS THS500 is the Thomas EMS Triage Pack, an economical and purpose-built pack designed around the START system (Simple Triage And Rapid Treatment) to assist EMS responders in quickly assessing and tagging patients during mass-casualty incidents or large-scale emergency events.

This triage kit typically includes:

Multiple color-coded flagging rolls for patient identification (e.g., red/yellow/black/green/orange)
Trauma shears for rapid access and cutting of clothing
N95 masks (large and small) for respiratory protection
Antiseptic cleansing towelettes for basic wound cleaning
A set of Berman airways for basic airway support
