Thanks to the unique sandwich-type construction of braided layers and the use of specially developed staple fibers, the Secure is able to hold the person or the load suspended even in the event of significant damage to the sheath or to the core of the rope itself. The suspended person then has sufficient time to abseil to the ground or to reach a safe anchor point.
