The Columbia Dentoform 1MG861 860 Upper Gingiva is a replacement maxillary gingival component for compatible Columbia Dentoform 860 Series adult typodonts.

The gingiva fits around the removable upper training teeth to reproduce the contours of the maxillary gum tissue and palate. It allows worn, damaged or missing upper gingiva to be replaced without purchasing an entirely new typodont.

This component is suitable for dental-school laboratories, preclinical instruction and instructor-directed exercises involving dental anatomy, restorative dentistry, operative procedures and general oral-care training. Columbia Dentoform identifies 1MG861 as the upper-only component, 1MG862 as the lower-only component and 1MG8612 as the complete upper-and-lower gingiva set.
