Articulated Magnetic Quick Disconnect Trays with Sliding Clamp

The Columbia Dentoform 1MAMQDT is an articulated upper-and-lower tray assembly designed for Columbia Dentoform’s Magnetic Quick Disconnect dental-manikin system. The magnetic trays hold compatible MQD-adapted typodont jaws, allowing models to be installed, removed and exchanged more efficiently during dental laboratory and simulation exercises.

The articulated configuration maintains the relationship between the upper and lower models, while the included sliding clamp supports positioning within a compatible dental manikin assembly. This setup is useful for institutions that regularly change typodonts between students, procedures or training stations.

Columbia Dentoform’s MQD platform is specifically designed to reduce the time required to exchange typodonts by using magnetic attachment rather than requiring the complete cranium and articulator to be removed from the mounting post.
